Michelle Sharrief, Chef and owner of Flavor Bliss Catering, was born 1985, in Manhattan, NY, raised in Jersey City, NJ. She is an adorned wife, mother, and natural born culinary artist. Michelle’s cuisine is embodied by the influence of her late parent’s Haitian roots and Harlem soul. The noteworthy culinary background of both her parents, paired with Michelle’s very own extensive training in fine dining, led to her inevitable desire to create unforgettable food experiences.

Michelle opened Flavor Bliss Catering in 2017 and quickly grew a clientele based solely on word-of-mouth. Michelle and her team have had the pleasure of cooking for the family of late legendary Jazz artist Thelonious Monk, entertainment mogul Mona Scott Young and the Mayor of her very own city, Plainfield, NJ. Post-pandemic, Michelle has continued strive to new heights spreading love through food.
